A public viewing will be held on, Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the R A. Prince Funeral Service from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Services will be held on, Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM Family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to service. At 12:00 noon there will be a Air Force Honors Service Held at the R. A. Prince Funeral Services in honor of Air Force Veteran Richard Harper.
