Frances Lipscomb born in Cleveland,Ohio on June 19, 1935 to the late Henry and Emma Simmons. Frances worked as Nurses Aid, for Willow Park, where she later retired, and continued to volunteer her services where needed. She enjoyed traveling, and spending time with family and friends.Frances leaves to cherish her memory, her sister, Mary Simmons Vincent, her nieces, and nephews, Marsha, Constance, Patricia,Arletta, Carla, Ellena, Cheryl, Barletta, Arthur, Terry, Andre and Joseph Jr.
A public viewing will be held on, Friday, July 1, 2022 at the R. A. Prince Funeral Services in Chapel A from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Services will be held on, Saturday, July 2,2022 at 10:30 AM. Family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to Services.
