Jerry Wayne Tolbert, passed away on April 21, 2023 at the Veterans Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Born on August 7, 1949 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the parents of Ermon Tolbert and Ruthie Mae Thomas.
A public viewing will be held on, Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the R. A. Prince Funeral Services from 5pm to 7pm.
Funeral Services will be held on, May 5, 2023 on Friday, at the R. A. Prince (Chapel A) Wake at 10:30 AM, Funeral Services at 11:00 AM.
Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH at 2:00 pm.
