Barbara J. Toney age 80, received her wings on October 10, 2023. Barbara was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 15, 1943 to Robert L. Head (deceased) and Pauline J. Head. She was the wife, of John Toney, mother of Carmen Toney and Angela Toney, sister of Delores Tabb and Dr. Robert L. Head III. A public viewing will be held in her honor on Friday, October 20, 2023 at the R. A. Prince Funeral Services @16222 Broadway Avenue, Maple Heights, OH 44137 from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at St. Paul AME Zion Church @ 2393 East 55th Street, Cleveland, Oh 44104, wake: 1:00 PM Funeral 1:30 PM.
