Horace Derby, age 61 passed away on, April 13, 2024 at Hillcrest Hospital.
Horace “Herky” Derby was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 9, 1962, to Horace Derby and Bessie Forshe both deceased. He was the brother of, Oliver Turner and Johnny Derby (Sharon).
Funeral Services will be held on, Friday, April 19, 2024 at the R. A. Prince Funeral Services at 16222 Broadway Avenue, Maple Heights, OH, at 1:30 PM.
Family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to services.
All viewing will be done on Friday at the Services.
