Mr. Williams was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 2, 1959 to the parents of Otis Williams Sr., and Margie Payne.
Husband of Angela Williams, father of Jessika Williams.
Funeral services will be held for him on, July 5, 2024 at the R. A. Prince Funeral Services at 11:00 AM.
Family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to services.
Interment: Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH 44702 at 1:45 PM.
