I am still in disbelief that the energetic, bright and determined little girl with beautiful shining eyes who I met 23 years ago is gone. I have wonderful memories of you trying … well, everything all at once … and your infectious laughter … I am sad thinking there will be no new memories to make. Will never forget you Cece.
