Born to the parents of Eden Whitehead and Rebecca Washington Carter, both deceased.
Mother of Tony Washington and Melissa Durley.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at the R. A. Prince Funeral Service Chapel A at 10:30 AM. Family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to services.
